Spirit at 1637 Spring Street, Paso Robles, California.

This is a Sprint store inside radio shack. And when I say store I mean a table at the back corner with one woman and her computer and phone. I came in about cancelling my account and before I even finished my sentence or sat down the woman quickly said she can't help me. I looked confused and asked for further details so she looked at my receipt for 5 minutes and kept shaking her head. She said her system doesn't let her do anything. She was nice enough but still lacked basic customer service skills. She apparently checked with her manager on the phone who told me to go Best Buy because they will definitely handle it (I set it up at best buy). I then went to best buy who actually SAT me down and explained everything and showed me their system telling me they literally only sell phones and can't handle Sprint account related things in regards to refunding my service costs.

Thankfully my Sprint account is cancelled and I don't have to deal with their version of customer support again.
